Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How many guests does each space hold?

A. Our main floor "Greeley" reception space holds 175 standing and 100 seated. Our upstairs "Colorado" reception space holds 225 standing and 180 seated. 

Q. Is there any outdoor space?

A. Yes. There are two side lawns (north and south). Lawn space is included in the Greeley space and Entire Venue rental. Cocktail tables may be utilized out there, as well as small outdoor wedding ceremonies. We also have lawn games available.

Q. Is there an elevator? What about an accessible entrance?

A. Yes. We recognize the needs of persons with disabilities and we meet or exceed the compliance requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This includes an elevator from the main floor to the upstairs level, an accessible side ramp entrance, and accessible bathroom stalls.

Q. How do I set up a tour?

A. We would love to show you the event space at Mason's Event Center. Please call our Manager at

970-576-2044 to set up a tour.

Q. Can I bring my own alcohol?

A. No, Mason's Event Center was granted a liquor license requiring all alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages to be purchased through Mason's Event Center. Please contact us for a beverage menu.

Q. Are there certain vendors I should use?

A. We are proud to provide a list of preferred vendors that we are confident will provide you with excellent care and service. Please visit the "vendors" tab for a complete list. 

Q. How much is it to rent the space?

A. Pricing depends on which space you choose to rent, as well as duration of time you'd like to rent. Please visit our "Rates & Inclusions" tab for this information.

Q. Do I need to pay for clean up, set up, or tear down?

A. Clean up, set up, and tear down are included in all rentals. Tables, chairs, and linens will be arranged upon your arrival per request. Decorations will not be put up or taken down unless arranged prior to your event. Additional set up time may be rented as arranged with our Manager.

Q. Do you have security options?

A. Please contact us for security inquiries and scheduling their services. All events with alcohol or over 100 attendees require security services.

Q. How much should be put down to hold a date?

A. We request 10% down upon signing a rental contract and the remaining is due 30 days prior to the event.

Q. Can I set up for my event the day/night prior to my event?

A. In the event that we do not have our space booked the day/night prior to your event, our coordinator may grant you the option to arrange set up in advance at $125.00 per hour.
